Please read these Terms carefully, as they affect your legal rights and obligations. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not register an account or use our website and app. These Terms are effective from the date they are posted on our website and app.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-3eb6cb3b56e6812a568db788e25c72e5\">2. Binding Agreement and Changes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-78dc7dc0473bd06ce1a2857e995bdabf\">a. We may investigate such incidents and cooperate with law enforcement authorities in prosecuting individuals involved in these violations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-265e554e2694cf26f49ac41402ae0c08\">c. Sending unsolicited mail or email promoting and\/or advertising products or services to users, making unsolicited phone calls, sending unsolicited faxes, or contacting users who have explicitly requested not to be contacted<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-26da96b74c3f8d769be0006e0c8883c1\">o. Attempting to interfere with service to users, hosts, or networks (including, but not limited to, spreading viruses, overloading, \u201cflooding,\u201d \u201cspamming,\u201d \u201cmailbombing,\u201d or \u201ccrashing\u201d (or similar activities) our Website and Apps). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-6424c5c009d2fbc7aa2abef0747d2b73\">p. Use our Services for any unlawful purposes or activities, or post or submit content, profiles, resumes or job postings that are defamatory, libelous, implicitly or explicitly abusive, vulgar, obscene, threatening, harassing, abusive, hateful, racist, illegally discriminatory or threatening in nature, or contain links to any obscene, pornographic or sexually explicit material of any kind that may cause discomfort, inconvenience, embarrassment, anxiety or harassment to others, or that is likely to cause harassment, as determined by us in our sole discretion. q. Post profiles or resumes that are not genuine and that are intended to advertise or promote products or services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-662e61f84b0518ce3cfd4ff790e171ea\">9. Additional Terms Applicable to Guests<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-c17f5e9274e4eb7a42743026b797951e\">1. Applicable Subject These Terms and Conditions apply to users who apply for schedules on the YAXOK app and site (hereinafter referred to as \u201cGuests\u201d). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-f473500581ddf56b3c41b502722379ab\">2. Usage Rights Guests are granted a limited, revocable, and non-exclusive right to the published schedules. Applications are permitted for personal, non-commercial purposes only. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-7b060d9c8aa18cf4d94c4bf9ca695620\">3. Account Creation and Information Provision You may be required to create an account to apply for a schedule, and you must provide a valid email address and accurate information. Entering false information and stealing other people\u2019s information is prohibited. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-21c00851cc13d2075ac25da96910bb24\">4. Accuracy of Application Information All information entered by the Guest, including the application form, self-introduction, and message, must be based on facts, and the Guest is solely responsible for such information. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-ed3275576c158adf262c77553c0ff337\">5. Application Processing Schedule applications are determined based on the Host\u2019s approval or rejection, and the Platform does not intervene in the process. The Guest is responsible for the results of acceptance\/rejection. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-8f1437e30b40383a9a333d1721e16056\">6. Information Retention Application history, messages, and personal information are managed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and may be deleted when the account is terminated. However, information may remain temporarily due to the schedule creator or system cache. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-6c226d8ee0494d3e707bdc1675696cac\">7. Use of information The information you submit may be provided to the host and may be exposed according to search and matching algorithms. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-5d76940d156c9e3f9b4b036a644bce29\">8. Personal information and marketing reception Personal information is collected and used within the scope of consent, and marketing information can be managed through the opt-out settings. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-c8c458aacac907a43aa4751bbfe3bbb1\">9. Limitation of liability The platform is not directly responsible for transactions, refunds, or settlements between guests and hosts. However, it may support dispute resolution if necessary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-7951c4d5902b87a01638083d0399709a\">10. Additional Terms Applicable to Hosts<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-58f4294bb40b0faddf595f255b41b6a7\">1. Applicable Subject These Terms apply to users who create schedules or manage applicants on the YAXOK app and site (hereinafter referred to as \u201cHosts\u201d). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-021317efef73decaabae73d75de36a51\">2. Usage Rights Hosts have a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to create schedules and receive applicants through the platform. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-3abc0ce4b30487873e95350078ab3cd0\">3. Account Creation and Information Provision You must create an account to create a schedule, and you must provide a valid email address and accurate information. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-1af4f4e38ca2bea66f706e58f3f1e662\">4. Accuracy of Schedule Information All information, including schedule descriptions, conditions, and times, must be accurate, and the Host is solely responsible for such information. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-0c36675f75ee644dedc2b2364a633d09\">5. Application Approval Processing Accepting or rejecting a Guest\u2019s application is at the Host\u2019s discretion, and if a schedule change or cancellation is necessary after acceptance, appropriate notice must be provided. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-7d023f022a578421c64545cde2d3f6a2\">6. Retention of Messages and Application History Even after the schedule ends, application-related messages and history may be retained within a reasonable scope and may be preserved in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-3e4be55e0403aae80beb34ffe135ccf0\">7. Access to Personal Information Hosts can check the guest&#8217;s application information and messages, and such information must be protected in accordance with the privacy policy. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-ad474476f79c4f5771cc2efd06648632\">8. Response to Misconduct If a host engages in abnormal activities or creates false schedules, the platform may take account restrictions or deletion measures. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-1e46ed02275b5a350d3a2100cc332094\">9. Limitation of Liability The platform does not assume legal responsibility for the transaction or conclusion of an appointment with an applicant, and the host&#8217;s activities must be carried out at his or her own risk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-3f3fd0690c8b36eb578bf9213290f31b\">11. User Content and Submissions<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-c626c0013b4bea6d588cdf2cdb5c992c\">a. You understand that all User Content is the responsibility of the originator of such User Content. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-c0de07d7e41361ce5fc205bbfc8153fb\">b. You understand and acknowledge that any information, profile, resume and\/or account information you provide will be stored in our databases. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-63272a6dd8c17c6dfbebca80e661121f\">c. You understand, acknowledge and agree that any information, profile, resume and\/or account information you provide may be transferred to countries outside your home country for storage and\/or processing purposes.
